




The Elk River real estate market is located in Minnesota’s Sherburne County which is just about 30 minutes northwest of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Elk River neighborhoods are plentiful and varied. The Ridges of Rice Lake is one of the more prominent Elk River neighborhoods because it is surrounded by trees and other natural features. It is also just a short walk away from several schools, including VanderBerge Middle School and Meadowvale Elementary School. Other Elk River MN neighborhoods include North Meadows, Meadowoods Village, Woodland Hills, The Woods at Hillside and several others. Rolling Hills is another great Elk River neighborhood with easy access to Bear Lake and Burns Lake.
The Elk River real estate market offers a number of homes for a variety of budgets. You can find dozens of homes on the Elk River real estate market priced below $100,000 for buyers on a strict home buyer budget. The majority of the homes that are available in the city are in the range between $100,000 and $250,000, which are moderate prices based on homes in the surrounding areas.
